What is a boutique birthday party?

A boutique birthday party is a highly personalized, curated, and intimate celebration, often featuring a specific theme, specialized activities, and high-end, customized details. These events focus on a unique, "small-batch" feel rather than a generic, large-scale gathering, often featuring bespoke decorations, personalized favors, and immersive, specialized experiences.

What’s included in a Rachel & Rylie party?

Our parties are curated, custom, & boutique-style. Based on your desires, this can include invitations, multiple curated crafts & activities, party favors, custom backdrops & balloon garlands, photo ops, and more! Plus, we love to add complimentary elements to ease flow, which can include a bead friendship bracelet bar, party favor assembly activities, and more.

How It Works

Boutique birthday parties our unique and highly customized, so is the process for how we do it…

  • Provide us with some basic information to help us learn more about your birthday girl or boy! Fill out our Party Quote Request Form.

    The more information, the better! From here, we’ll respond with some follow-up questions, as well as details and a quote for the event.

    Please Note: We are strongly encouraging advanced notice of at least 4-6 weeks out from your preferred date.

  • We’ll work together to choose the right date! To reserve your date, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the party.

    Square invoices are sent for payment and there is a 4% credit card processing fee.

  • As your event nears, we may ask some questions or send you some proofs for your approval. These help us to ensure your event is tailored to your preferences! This usually entails questions regarding applicable items like selecting plushes, certain invitation designs, etc.

    Your only other responsibility? Secure RSVPs, a cake, cake tableware (i.e. plates, napkins & utensils), & light beverages.

  • It’s party day! We’d love for you to come about 15-30 minutes early to set up your cake and drinks, and so we can acquaint you and your birthday girl or boy to the setup and flow!

    As guests arrive, we’ll take care of everything, including flow of their welcome to their parting favors and fun!
