Guests will learn the fundamentals of making fresh mozzarella and ricotta from scratch, watching simple ingredients transform into soft, natural, just-made cheese. Along the way, you’ll gain insight into technique, texture, and timing. Then finish with a tasting of both cheeses at peak freshness.

This class is equal parts educational and experiential, designed for anyone who loves good food, beautiful processes, and creating something truly fresh with their own hands.
