Pasta 201 is the second in a series of three pasta making classes taught by Gourmet Faye! If you have attended one of her Pasta 101 classes, then you now know the basics of making your own dough, rolling it out and cooking it!
In this 201 class we will be learning how to make barbacoa ravioli with a garlic cream sauce & traditional Italian tortellini en brodo.
